Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chippy Excavation's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Chippy Excavation in the 12 months preceding the claim.
